Why does my candle crackle?
Our wood wicks are designed to gently crackle as they burn, similar to a fireplace. This is completely normal and part of the elevated ambiance we create.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size, but our candles are crafted for a slow, even burn to maximize longevity and performance.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wood wick to about 1/8–1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to prevent tunneling and ensure the best experience.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling occurs when the candle isn’t burned long enough for the wax to fully melt edge to edge. We recommend burning for 2–3 hours on the first use.
Are your candles non-toxic?
